These Terms of Use govern your use of www.rxcardusa.com (the “Site”) and your use of the RxCardUSA card, operated by Gwinnett Small Business Solutions, LLC (“RxCardUSA”). By accessing the Site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement between you and RxCardUSA. If you do not agree to these terms, your only option is to refrain from using the Site.
RxCardUSA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use and/or its Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Agreement and the Privacy Policy for any changes. Your continued use of the Site, including making purchases, constitutes your acceptance of any modifications. We recommend reviewing these Terms of Use each time you make a purchase.

RxCardUSA provides a prescription discount plan, not insurance. Users are required to pay the full prescription cost to the pharmacy at the point of sale. RxCardUSA does not compensate pharmacies for prescription drugs provided to Members. The discounts are available only at participating pharmacies, and prices may vary. The pricing tool on the Site is for informational purposes only. Any information provided on the Site is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before using any information or services provided on the Site.
Acceptance of Terms: By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use in full. You can accept these terms by clicking “accept” or “agree,” using the Site, or using the RxCardUSA for purchases. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.
Privacy Policy: RxCardUSA values user privacy. Our Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Site and is incorporated into these Terms of Use. By using the Site, you acknowledge that internet communications may not be secure, but RxCardUSA takes reasonable measures to protect your information.
Use and Restrictions: The Site may only be accessed and used by individuals aged 13 or older who are not prohibited by law. RxCardUSA may suspend or discontinue access to the Site at its discretion. Membership and prescription purchases are limited to individuals aged 18 or older who can legally enter into agreements.
Membership: Using RxCardUSA for purchases makes you a member of the RxCardUSA Plan. Membership may require providing your email address and/or phone number to receive a digital card for discounted prescriptions.
Notifications: By providing your contact information on the Site, you may receive notifications from RxCardUSA about news, events, and services.
Product Descriptions: While RxCardUSA strives for accuracy in product descriptions, we do not warrant their completeness or reliability. It is your responsibility to verify prescription costs with participating pharmacies.
Liability/Warranties: RxCardUSA is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Site or prescription discounts. The Site and its content are provided “as is,” and RxCardUSA disclaims all warranties and conditions.
Intellectual Property Information: All content and trademarks on the Site are owned or licensed by RxCardUSA and may not be reproduced without permission. You may not use any content for commercial purposes.
Miscellaneous: RxCardUSA may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Users under 13 years of age may be terminated from using the Site. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use must be brought within one year. Other provisions cover waiver, severability, governing law, indemnity, assignment, successors, definitions, and electronic communications.
